What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity starts at 1,000 units for most bag types. For custom designs with special materials or printing requirements, the MOQ may vary. Contact our sales team for specific requirements.

Can I request samples before ordering?

Yes! We offer sample services including existing product samples (free shipping) and custom pre-production samples. Custom samples typically take 5-7 days to produce and help ensure your satisfaction before bulk production.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide to over 47 countries. We work with major shipping carriers and can arrange FOB, CIF, or DDP terms based on your preference. We also handle all export documentation.

How long does production take?

Standard production time is 15-25 business days after design approval. Rush orders can be completed in 7-10 days with an additional fee. Lead times may vary based on order volume and complexity.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Letter of Credit for larger orders. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.

What certifications do your products have?

We hold ISO 9001, BSCI, FSC, and GRS certifications. Our materials comply with REACH, RoHS, and California Prop 65 standards. Custom certification testing is available upon request.
